About our Retreats

Connecting through Yoga, Food, Music & Nature

Our Four Main Pillars:

Yoga: We teach Jivamukti Yoga, shaking, movement meditation and Mindulfness Meditation.

Music: Sound Meditation, chanting, and Unwinding Live music sessions.

Food: Farm to table meals. Our retreat locations usually have an organic farm where we can pick our vegetables and have a close relationship with the food we eat. High end gourmet chefs are always part of our team who then serve the food beautifully on long tables outside where you can see the moon and stars. 

Nature: We offer opportunities to connect with the Earth, whether it’s hiking, forest bathing, walking meditations or horse riding, we always make sure to connect with Mamma Earth.

We believe that it's as important to connect with our own bodies, as it is to connect with our natural world. When we make direct contact with the surface of the earth, we feel better, fast. Mother Earth’s natural frequencies (free electrons) charge our bodies and reduce electrical imbalances within the body. When we are disconnected and ungrounded—literally not touching the Earth with our skin and bare feet—the body becomes vulnerable and prone to dysfunction, inflammation, and accelerated aging.

A chance to retreat into nature, deepen your yoga practice, and reconnect through conscious movement, meditation, and rest. Our days will begin with Mindfulness meditation, followed by dynamic Jivamukti Yoga classes with Fernanda de la Puente, and close with Yin Yoga classes and immersive sound meditations by David Dominguez.
