Mariana's journey to yoga began in the most unexpected way. Born in Manaus, Brazil, she moved to Spain at the age of five and grew up in Barcelona, where she developed into the passionate and dedicated woman she is today. From a young age, Mariana was naturally creative and active, though yoga wasn't initially on her radar despite her mother's gentle suggestions.

Her original path led her through fashion and communication studies, driven by a deep passion for self-expression through clothing and dreams of becoming a stylist for music videos and events. However, life had other plans, and yoga entered her world by chance at exactly the perfect moment.

This serendipitous encounter with yoga transformed her life completely. Mariana discovered her calling in the Navakarana Vinyasa method, dedicating herself to extensive study with over 500 hours of specialized training in this innovative practice. She has also completed advanced training in Navakarana Suizen, deepening her understanding of this unique approach to yoga.

Beyond her yoga expertise, Mariana brings a holistic approach to wellness. She is passionate about vegan cooking and skillfully combines yoga practice with nutritional wisdom, understanding that true transformation happens when we nourish both body and soul.
