What are Sweat & Flow Classes Like?

Sweat & Flow is a sequence of asanas set to music with a progressive rhythm that coordinates breath and movement to flow seamlessly from one posture to the next. This dynamic practice is carefully structured to take you on a complete journey of physical and energetic transformation.

Each class begins by accessing an intimate space with subtle movements designed to tap into your internal energy and establish a deep connection with your practice. From this foundation, the intensity progressively builds as we move through:

Classic Vinyasa Sequences that create heat and flow

Pranayama (breathing practices) to cultivate life force energy

Core-Strengthening Exercises for stability and power

Intermediate and Inverted Postures incorporated organically into the flow

Musicalized Movement that synchronizes your practice with rhythm

This class is specifically designed to challenge the body while maintaining the meditative quality that makes yoga transformative. The progressive structure ensures that both your physical capacity and energetic awareness expand throughout the practice, creating an experience that is both demanding and deeply nourishing.
